What is Dollhouse Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the main sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds are normally made back to an original card and may take up to 1 month to credit back. However, some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please reference an original sellers refund policy.

Items valued at over have to be returned to the seller using a trackable shipping service. If the order is worth 0 or over, insure the shipment for the price of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 working days. Make certain you've described the defect, damage, or error including that with the returned package. Should the original packaging is available, return the item in this particular packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
